Essence Catering & Events LLC is a catering business based in Portsmouth, Virginia, serving the Hampton Roads area. Requests outside the Hampton Roads area may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Submitting a catering inquiry does not confirm your event, reserve your date, or guarantee availability. Your event is not confirmed until Essence Catering & Events LLC accepts the request and any required deposit or invoice terms have been completed.
Pricing may vary based on event type, guest count, menu selection, service needs, location, timing, and other event details. Quotes or estimates provided are based on the information available at the time and may change if event details change.
Essence Catering & Events LLC may send invoices for catering services. Payment terms will be provided with the invoice or agreed upon directly with the client.
A deposit may be required to secure catering services. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deposits are due at least 7 days before the event date. Final payment is due at least 3 days before the event date.
Dates are not guaranteed until required payment terms are met and Essence Catering & Events LLC confirms the event.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your event, please contact Essence Catering & Events LLC as soon as possible. Cancellation and rescheduling requests may be handled on a case-by-case basis depending on timing, preparation, supplies, menu planning, and other event-related costs.
Menu changes, guest count changes, time changes, location changes, and service changes should be communicated as early as possible. Last-minute changes may not always be available and may result in additional charges.
Clients are responsible for notifying Essence Catering & Events LLC of any allergies, dietary restrictions, or special food concerns before the event. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee that food will be free from allergens or cross-contact.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, including event date, location, guest count, setup needs, timing, access instructions, and any venue rules or restrictions that may affect catering service.
Essence Catering & Events LLC reserves the right to decline an inquiry, adjust service availability, or refuse service when needed due to scheduling, travel limitations, unsafe conditions, incomplete information, nonpayment, or other business considerations.
You agree not to misuse this website, submit false information, attempt to interfere with the website, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
By submitting your phone number and consenting to text communication, you authorize Essence Catering & Events LLC to contact you about your inquiry, event details, service updates, invoices, and related communication. Message and data rates may apply.
